About FRVNT

FRVNT(pronounced “fervent”) is a digital prayer platform designed to make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to request prayer or join in praying for others. Born out of a desire to connect people in faith and compassion, FRVNT exists to create a simple, welcoming space for real, honest prayer—no matter your background or location.

This project is run by Ian Tearle, a web developer and member of the St Mark’s Senior Leadership Team, operating through Little Polar Apps Ltd. While FRVNT looks and feels like a charity initiative, it is not a registered charity. It’s funded personally by Ian as a service to the community, with all donations going towards the costs of hosting, development, and ongoing improvements.

We believe in the power of prayer—not as a replacement for real-world support, but as a way to connect, uplift, and encourage one another. Every prayer request is treated with dignity and care, and every person who prays is helping to build a community rooted in hope.
